Walk with the Doc

Eating better, exercising more, taking time for you - the benefits are unlimited. You and your guests are invited to join our doctors for a walk and discuss the importance of incorporating a manageable fitness routine into your busy life. We'll also learn how 30 minutes of exercise a day can help to boost your energy level, improve your metabolism, tone your muscles, and reduce your stress so you can achieve your wellness goals. Remember to bring water, sunscreen, bug spray, and walking shoes. We will meet at our location in the waiting room of Suite 100. Everyone is encouraged to bring guests. Spread the word to family and friends!

Tai Chi

Join us for our weekly Tai Chi sessions. Tai Chi increases muscle strength, flexibility, and balance. This conditioning workout provides strength training that is a crucial part of fitness. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals. Sessions are located in the waiting room of Suite 100. Everyone is encouraged to bring guests.
